Privacy Policy – Ski Yahh!

In short: Ski Yahh! does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. Scores and settings stay on your device. There is no user account, no advertising, no tracking and no analytics. The only optional outside connection is Apple Game Center, and only if you sign in yourself.

2. What data does the app process?

2.1 Scores and settings (stored locally)

Everything Ski Yahh! remembers is stored exclusively on your device:

Leaderboard with the player names and scores you enter
Run passport (runs completed, best times, medals)
Challenges and badges
Settings (session length, tilt controls, sound)

This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to us or to any third party. The app does not require an internet connection.

2.2 Motion sensors

If you enable the optional tilt controls, the app reads your device's motion sensors to steer the skier and to trigger jumps by shaking. Sensor data is used only at the moment of control and is neither stored nor transmitted. With tilt controls disabled, the app does not access the sensors.

2.3 Apple Game Center (optional)

Ski Yahh! supports leaderboards and achievements via Apple Game Center. Signing in is voluntary and handled by iOS. When signed in, the app submits your score and achievements to Apple. This data is managed by Apple under your Apple ID; we have no access to it.

Without a Game Center sign-in, nothing is transmitted. You can disable Game Center at any time in the iOS settings.

2.4 Review prompt

Occasionally the app asks for an App Store review using the standard iOS mechanism. This prompt is displayed and handled by Apple. The app only stores locally when it last asked.

3. Sharing with third parties

Ski Yahh! does not share any data with third parties. The app contains:

No advertising
No third-party tracking SDKs or frameworks
No social media integrations
No external analytics services
No in-app purchases and no subscriptions

The only external connection is the optional Apple Game Center (see section 2.3).

4. Storage and deletion

All data is stored locally on your device. You are always in full control:

Delete all data: by uninstalling the app
Game Center data: via iOS Settings → Game Center or your Apple ID

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Since Ski Yahh! stores no personal data with us, you can exercise these rights yourself on your device at any time. Questions: skiyahh@t2apps.de

6. Children

Ski Yahh! is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal data from anyone.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the date above will be updated. Significant changes will be communicated via an app update.
